All sessions focus on fundamental skills that apply to all sports. Our half-termly programmes are designed to help develop balance, coordination, core strength and motor skills. Each week has a fun theme with exciting activities for your little ones!

Football FUNdamentals
​
An introduction to Football group for 18 months - 4 year olds. All sessions focus on the fundamental skills needed to play Football through a variety of fun games, isolated practices, team tasks, and target challenges. Our half-termly programmes are designed to help develop balance, coordination, strength and motor skills as well as fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, and shooting.
MummyActiv
Come and workout while your baby plays!
Mummy Activ is a fun fitness class for post-natal mums of babies up to 18 months.
​
It is designed by our post-natal trainer- Bec Mason; who is an experienced Personal Trainer and also a mum of two.
You can bring baby along to class who can play and socialize in the same room whilst you work out.​
