We are a Sports & Enrichment provider based in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. We deliver a variety of provision for pre-school and primary aged children. In schools, we provide PPA Cover, Staff Training, Curricular PE lessons, Extra Curricular provision, Afterschool Clubs, Lunchtime Clubs, Cluster Events for groups of schools and much, much more. We have a brilliant team of coaches ready design your bespoke coaching package tailored to your school.
We also offer a wide range of independent sports provision including our Mega Stars Holiday Clubs, KiddiActiv and MummyActiv pre-school sessions, and Afterschool clubs.
Mega Stars Holiday Clubs are the ultimate Multi-Activity experience! Each day is full of exciting activities including a huge range of sports and Outdoor and Adventurous activities, with themed/seasonal creative tasks and challenges running throughout! These clubs are for children aged 4-11 years, and cater for all abilities.
KiddiActiv is 'Gymnastics & Movement' group for 1-4 year olds. All sessions focus on fundamental skills that apply to all sports. Our half-termly programmes are designed to help develop balance, coordination, core strength and motor skills. Each week has a fun theme with exciting activities for your little ones!
MummyActiv is a fun fitness class for postnatal mums, up to 18 months. All sessions and exercises are designed by our postnatal PT Bec Mason who is also a mum of 2, and HYROX World Champion. Bring your baby along to class to socialise and play whilst you workout!

We believe that physical activity is a necessity for a healthy active lifestyle, and we recognise that there are several barriers that limit the opportunities young people have to participate in structured sport and physical activity.
At Primary Stars, we are committed to helping overcome these barriers, ensuring that all primary aged children are physically active through greater access to sport both in and out of school.
Our service aims to support and empower primary schools in engaging young people in sport and physical activity through PE lessons, extra-curricular clubs, Intra and Inter school sports events/competitions.
SAFE AND SECURE PRACTICE
Safety is paramount; we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of our service. We will create a safe, secure environment for all involved including competitors, staff, spectators, officials, organisers, and many more.
Primary Stars is fully insured including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Employers Liability. Risk Assessments will be completed and updated regularly, and First Aiders will be present, for all our events, holiday camps and coaching sessions.
Our team will go above and beyond to ensure required measures and procedures are in place, in order to identify potential hazards and minimise risk factors, throughout our events, holiday camps and coaching sessions.
SCHOOL - CLUB LINKS
Through our service, we want to enhance, develop, and create more school-club links between primary schools and local sports clubs to encourage children to take up and pursue particular sports outside school, and into the future.
These positive relationships are pivotal in connecting primary schools with the wider community. By building these links, we can make sport and physical activity outside of school more accessible to young people in Ashbourne, and the surrounding areas.
